We want you to be fully satisfied with your Five Finger Death Punch gear, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items.
